Liability Waiver & Participant Agreement Erica Faith Dyer | Energy Alignment Services By joining this online program—which may include yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, and other holistic wellness resources (“the Program”)—you agree to the following: Professional Scope I understand that Erica Faith Dyer is a mind-body wellness practitioner, yoga teacher, and holistic wellness consultant. She is not a licensed medical doctor, therapist, or mental health professional. The practices offered are for education, self-care, and personal growth—not for diagnosing or treating medical or psychological conditions. Inherent Risks I acknowledge that practices involving movement, breath, and emotional exploration carry inherent risks. I choose to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for listening to my body, honoring my limits, and modifying practices as needed for my safety and comfort. Emotional Responsibility I understand that mindfulness and healing-based work can surface emotional triggers. I agree to take responsibility for my emotional wellbeing, including seeking outside professional support if needed. I understand this Program is not a replacement for therapy or crisis services. Personal Accountability I am solely responsible for my physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after this Program. I will use discernment, trust my inner wisdom, and consult healthcare professionals when appropriate. Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Erica Faith Dyer, Energy Alignment Services, and any guest facilitators from all liability for injuries, emotional distress, or damages resulting from my participation in the Program. Consent & Agreement By participating in this Program, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver. I accept full responsibility for my own health, choices, and experiences throughout the Program.
