Whether you're experiencing the grief that comes with healing trauma, the loss of a loved one, pet, career or major life transitions this practice is curated to help you move through it with compassion, grace and community.

Together we will move through the various feelings that get stored and stuck in the body and find sweet release in healthy ways so that you're not wrapped up in loops and patterns that are harmful and keep you stuck.

The Method
Erica combines her training in Healing Emphasis Yoga Therapy, Grief Movement, Mind-Body, Somatics, Reiki, TRE along with her lived experience and intuition to create a warm, nurturing & safe container for people ready to experience healing grief through the body and with community.
