Calling all women ready to step into their divine feminine era!
Join us as we release stored stress, tension and trauma and call in more joy, peace & ease!
We will explore movement practices to release tension and tightness in the body, explore the natural healing remedy of neurogenic tremors, connect in circle and integrate with group sound healing meditation.
What to bring? Comfortable clothing, water, a towel and a mat.
