Join us for two gatherings in October designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.
Each Sisterhood Saturday we’ll weave together:
🌿 Gentle Movement — joint freeing movement, restorative stretches, vagus nerve activations (seated, lying down, or in a chair)
🔮 Meditation or Sound Healing — release stress + reconnect to your center
🌙 Moon Manifestation — working with the natural rhythm + flow of the moon
💬 Sacred Women’s Circle — heartfelt sharing, listening, and connection
