Learn how to relax in 15 minutes or less using breathing techniques and meditations. Each week we explore a combination of different breathing practices and meditations that are designed to help you cultivate physical, emotional and mental well-being. 

This class is great for people looking for holistic ways to reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep quality, manage pain, enhance self-awareness & self-acceptance while cultivating a sense of calm and inner peace.

In this class you'll learn:

-Basic breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety
