Terms of Service

Welcome to Erica Faith Dyer's somatic healing practice ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a session, class, retreat, or purchasing a package through our website, you agree to the following terms.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

All sessions, classes, and appointments require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be charged in full.

 

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to a session or class, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. We're happy to work with the time available, but we're not able to extend sessions to make up for late arrivals.

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for individual sessions, session packages, digital products, memberships or coaching packages, regardless of usage. By purchasing, you agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider for services rendered or made available to you.

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal and cash.  Session and coaching packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Retreats and Group Events

Multi-day retreats and group events may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with separate cancellation terms disclosed at booking due to the advance planning and costs involved in these events. Specific deposit and cancellation terms for each retreat or group event will be provided at the time of registration.

 

Confidentiality

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. For more detail on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please see our Privacy Policy.

 

Health, Risk, and Liability

Our services may include hands-on and body-based modalities and are governed by a separate Wellness Disclaimer and Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement, which all clients must review and sign prior to their first session. These documents cover assumption of risk, and limitation of liability, and are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

 

Intellectual Property Protection

All content provided as part of our services — including but not limited to session materials, handouts, class curricula, recordings, guided meditations, worksheets, and any written, audio, or video content shared on our website, sent to your email or during sessions, classes, or retreats — is the intellectual property of Erica Faith Dyer and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, or resold without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a session, class, or package grants you a personal license to use the material for your own individual benefit. It does not grant you the right to teach, publish, or commercially distribute this content to others.

 

Photo and Video Release

From time to time, we may photograph or record classes, retreats, or events for marketing and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials unless you notify us in writing in advance that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

 

Minors

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. If a minor wishes to participate, written parent or guardian consent is required in advance.

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

 

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
