Join us Mondays at noon for a midday reset. Â Erica will lead you through a breathwork and meditation practice designed to help decrease stress, increase focus and improve mental health. Â Come experience how a 15 minute practice can improve the quality and energy of your day! Â
Zoom meeting is 30 minutes with the first 15 minutes being focused on breathwork & meditation and another 15 minutes to connect and discuss the experience or ask any questions if so desired. Â
