Experience the joy of movement in a way that feels nourishing, accessible, and empowering.This gentle chair yoga practice focuses on therapeutic movements designed to support the health and mobility of your joints, spine, and entire body.


Using the chair as a foundation, we’ll move through a series of mindful, easy-to-follow exercises that help to lubricate the joints, release tension, and build functional strength—all while staying deeply connected to breath and body.

Perfect for all levels and abilities, this practice meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're looking to maintain flexibility, recover from injury, or simply enjoy a more easeful relationship with your body, Chair Yoga offers a path toward greater freedom, comfort, and vitality.


No previous yoga experience is needed. Join us on zoom and bring your curiosity, a willingness to move, and a heart open to the simple joys of movement.
