Katie and I are hosting a small retreat for six women who are ready to slow down, eat well, move gently, and be held by nature and community.

What This Is

Pure restoration. Katie will nourish you with meals made daily. Erica will guide you through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and mindful time in nature. We'll paddle, gather by the fire, journal, create moon water, laugh, and simply be together in a place that feels like coming home.

No agenda except your own pleasure. No performance. Just ease, trees, good food, water, mountains, and the kind of rest that changes you.
