A 60-minute online class to gently calm your nervous system using movement, breath, and guided relaxation. Perfect for the days you feel wired, tired, or overwhelmed and need a soft place to land.
In this session, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible body-based practices to help your system shift out of “fight, flight, or freeze” and into a state of greater ease. We’ll use gentle movement to release tension, soothing breathwork to signal safety to your body, and guided relaxation to quiet the mind and invite deeper rest.
No prior experience is needed—everything is offered at a pace that honors your unique body and energy level. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself, with practical tools you can return to anytime you need a reset.
