Peaceful Pause is a gentle 15-minute midweek reset designed to help you slow down, breathe, and settle your nervous system.
Each session is unique and blends relaxation practices such as calming breath, mindfulness, soft meditation, and gentle movement. Together, these practices support relaxation, focus, and a sense of feeling radiantly rested — without effort or expectation.
Peaceful Pause is guided by Erica Faith, a yoga therapist, sound healing practitioner, and mind-body wellness guide who specializes in deep rest and nervous system support. Her approach is slow, compassionate, and grounding, creating a safe and welcoming space for all.
This offering is free and open to anyone seeking a moment of calm in the middle of a busy week.
