Each Sisterhood Saturday we’ll weave together:
🌿 Gentle Movement — Theraputic yoga guided by yoga therapist, Erica Dyer
🔮 Meditation or Sound Healing — release stress + reconnect to your center
🌙 Moon Manifestation — working with the natural rhythm + flow of the moon
💬 Sacred Women’s Circle — heartfelt sharing, listening, and connection
