During this 60 minute gathering we will explore nervous system regulation practices to induce our parasympathetic response. We will learn our bodies natural way of discharging stress and trauma and end our practice with integration.

About the event
This online class is designed to help you release stress and find deep relaxation. We will begin by exploring vagal toning practices to activate your body's natural "rest and digest" mode. You'll learn how your nervous system can soothe itself, bringing you into a state of calm.
Next, you will be guided through exercises and intentional movements to experience neurogenic tremors, your body's innate way of discharging stored stress and trauma. This powerful practice allows your system to reset and find a sense of freedom and ease.
We will conclude our time together with restorative postures and integration, leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
You'll want to dress comfortably, have water, and a yoga mat.
