Cancellation Policy

Liability Waiver & Informed Consent Erica Faith Dyer offers holistic wellness services, including but not limited to: Yoga, Cupping, Reflexology, Assisted Stretching, Sound Healing, Reiki, Emotional Alchemy, Grief Relief, Energy Healing, Intuitive Consulting, Coaching, and Meditation. By signing or participating in any session with Erica Faith Dyer, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that holistic wellness services, including Energy Alignment Sessions, may involve physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual processes that carry inherent risks and potential benefits. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks involved. 2. Release of Liability I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Erica Faith Dyer, Happiness Engineers LLC, Energy Alignment Services, and all employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in these sessions, including but not limited to: Physical, mental, or emotional injury or distress Aggravation of existing conditions Loss or damage to personal property Claims of negligence, gross negligence, or recklessness 3. Voluntary Participation I understand that I am free to take breaks, modify, or stop the session at any time. I also understand that the practitioner may pause or end the session at their discretion if it is in service of safety or ethical boundaries. 4. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care I acknowledge that services provided by Erica Faith Dyer are complementary in nature and are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. Erica is a mind-body wellness practitioner, yoga therapist, reflexologist, and Universal Life Church Ordained Minister. 5. Complete Acceptance of Responsibility I fully accept and assume all risks, injuries, pain, emotional responses, suffering, or potential death that may arise in connection with any session or service. I release all claims and causes of action, known or unknown, now or in the future. By participating in any session or service, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
